you will take an online tour that shows the steps from the cows that produce
the milk, to the milk that you drink.

What to do Take an online tour of the story of milk
Together with your class, read about the different steps that are needed to
get the milk from the cow to you.
Listen carefully to the steps so you can remember what happens in the
correct order.
Ways to extend the student activity
Students can draw pictures for each of the events.
Students can review the frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the Web site
and take the online quiz.
Assessment
Use the flow chart provided with this lesson for assessment. It shows the
events from the online tour, but the words for each event are left blank.
Students can fill in the blanks with the words that are provided.
