Hi, Emily: Good luck with your internship. I hope that at some point and maybe 3-6th grade is a good place to start.. having the children do some research on their families. Kids are so good on the computer that being able to check census records or other simple genealogy material would be a way to get them off of texting and etc and into how the Internet can help them on hobbies that will last a lifetime! I'm still learning at age 82. I got interested in 4th grade when we had to do a small family tree and ask our relatives for information .. no computer in those days. Patricia
