I teach 5th grade performance music and focus on discovery learning. I have learned that students have a higher success rate when they discover the required objective. To make our final product better, we use a video camera, projector and a digital recorder throughout most lessons... After recording students, I will upload the recording and email it out to parents so they have immediate feedback on their student's progress in my class. Parents also learn how to assess their child's practice at home.
