Using writing and technology in Foreign Language/Language Arts

I have weekly journal writing assignments posted to my website. Students write about themselves pertaining to vocabulary and phrases which have been covered in lessons during the week. Every quarter, the turn those into Photostories (MS). Samples posted:

I like how you incorporate your weekly vocabulary lessons so the students use that knowledge in context.
