My student profile information is incorrect. How do I change it?

  • Private information
  • Password

Once you've made your changes, click Save.

How do I change my password?

How do I keep track of all my courses? How do I see my completed courses?

Click My courses in the right navigation to access a complete record of your course activities at the Teacher Experience Exchange Web site, including lessons you have not reviewed and courses you have finished. You must review all lesson pages to have a course marked as completed. Once a course has ended, you cannot go back to complete lessons, assignments or quizzes.

You can also go to Your profile page and click the Courses tab.

Click View your course transcript for any past or completed course to review a list of lessons and assignments you've completed as well as the scores for any quizzes you took. Quizzes and assignments that you do not complete will not be included in your transcript.

Please note that other content such as articles and lesson plans doesn't appear here because it doesn't require you to enroll.

What if I've forgotten my password?

For your protection, your password is encrypted in our system. Because it's encrypted, we cannot look up your password information. However, you may follow these steps to have your current password reset to a new password:

  1. Click Forgot your password? in the right navigation.
  2. Enter your email address and click Submit.
  3. Confirm that you want to reset your password by clicking Reset.
  4. Look in your email inbox for a message from Teacher Experience Exchange with your new password.
  5. Use this password and your email address to log into Teacher Experience Exchange. This password will be a randomly generated password, so you may want to follow the instructions above to change this new password to one you can more easily remember.
