Using math and science, young aviators will learn about the principles of pitch, yaw and roll and other aspects of aerodynamics. Investigating flight and distance dynamics, students research a type of aviation vehicle, build a prototype, test the design and present their scientific findings to the class. Students also write an essay describing their experience and results.
"My favorite plane was the Frenchy. One reason I liked the plane is because it is really accurate and fast because of the aerodynamics."
