Healthy hearts (virtual classroom tour)

Healthy hearts (virtual classroom tour)

Integrating health and physical education curriculum, students use heart-rate monitors, biofeedback machines, nutrition software and pedometers to learn about heart health and their own personal responses to nutrition and exercise. Students empower others to make healthy heart decisions by sharing their work at a community health fair.
